ACUERDO DE LICENCIA PARA EL SOFTWARE DE AGROPALM
IMPORTANTE-LEER CUIDADOSAMENTE:
Esta Licencia para el Usuario Final (LUF) de AgroPalm es un acuerdo legal entre Ud. ( puede ser un individuo o una entidad) y AgroPalm para el software de AgroPalm que acompaña este contrato, que incluye software de computación y puede incluir el medio que lo contiene, material impreso y documentación electrónica o "en línea" ("PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE"). Ejerciendo su derecho de hacer y usar copias de este PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE, usted acepta estar dentro de los términos esta LUF. Si Ud. No está de acuerdo con todos los términos de la presente LUF debe abstenerse de usar el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE.
Licencia del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE
El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE está protegido por leyes y tratados internacionales de copyright y propiedad intelectual. El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE se licencia, no se vende.
1. LICENCIA
Esta LUF le garantiza los siguientes derechos:
Instalación y uso:
Ud. Puede instalar y usar una cantidad ilimitada de copias del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE
Reproducción y distribución:
Ud. Puede reproducir y distribuir una cantidad ilimitada de copias, siendo que cada copia sea una copia completa y verdadera, incluyendo todos los avisos de copyright y registros de marca y debe ser acompañada por una copia de esta LUF. Las copias del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE pueden ser distribuidas como productos individuales o acompañando su propio producto.
2. OTROS DERECHOS Y LIMITACIONES
Limitaciones de Ingenieria Reversa, Decompilación y desensamblaje.
Ud. No puede realizar ingeniería inversa, decompilar o desensamblar el PRODUCTO DE SOFWARE. Salvo y solo en el caso en que esté expresamente permitido por la ley a pesar de esta limitación.
Separación de componentes
El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE está licienciado como un solo producto. Sus partes no deben ser separadas para ser usadas en más de una computadora.
Transferencia de software
Ud. Puede transferir todos sus derechos emanados de la presente LUF, siendo que el beneficiario de dicha transferencia acepte los términos de esta LUF
Terminación
Sin perjuicio de otros derechos, AgroPalm S.A. podrá rescindir esta LUF en caso que Ud. incumpla alguno de los términos y condiciones de esta LUF. En tal caso, Ud. deberá destruir todas las copias del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE y de todos sus componentes.
Distribución
Este PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE no debe ser vendido o incluido con otro producto que intente obtener beneficio mediante la inclusión del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE sin previo consentimiento de AgroPalm
El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE podrá ser incluido en algún paquete gratis y/o sin fines de lucro sin previo consentimiento
3. COPYRIGHT.
Todos los títulos, derechos y copyright del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE ( incluyendo pero no limitado a imágenes, fotografías, animaciones, video, audio, música, texto, y "applets" incorporados en el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE), el material impreso que lo acompaña, y las copias del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE son propiedad exclusiva de AGROPALM. El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE está protegido por leyes y tratados internacionales de copyright. Por lo tanto se debe tratar al PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE como a cualquier otro material con copyright
4. GARANTÍA LIMITADA
SIN GARANTIAS
AgroPalm no reconoce ninguna garantía para el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE. El PRODUCTO DE SOFTARE y cualquier documentación relacionada es entregada en el estado en que se encuentra, sin ningún tipo de garantía, sea expresa o implícita, incluyendo, pero sin limitación, a las garantías implícitas, o de comercialización. Todo el riesgo del uso o funcionamiento del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE es exclusivamente a cargo suyo.
NO RESPOSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS
En ningún caso AgroPalm o sus revendedores pueden ser responsables por daños o perjuicios o cualquier pérdida económica resultante por el uso o mal funcionamiento del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE, incluso si AgroPalm fue advertido de la posibilidad de dichos daños. En el caso en que Ud. se encuentre en algún Estado o Jurisdicción donde no esté permitida esta exclusión o limitación de la responsabilidad, puede que esta cláusula no sea de aplicación.
5. MISCELANEA
Si Ud. adquirió este producto en Argentina, esta LUF ser rige por las leyes y normas de la Republica Argentina.
Si este producto fue adquirido fuera Argentina, entonces se regirá por las leyes y normas locales.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AGROPALM SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This AgroPalm End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and AgroPalm for the AgroPalm software accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Software PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights:
Installation and Use.
You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Reproduction and Distribution.
You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a standalone product or included with your own product.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Software Transfer.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, AgroPalm may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
Distribution.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without prior concent from AgroPalm.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products without prior concent.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by AgroPalm or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES.
AgroPalm expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall AgroPalm or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this AgroPalm product, even if AgroPalm has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
If you acquired this product in Argentina, this EULA is governed by the laws of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
If this product was acquired outside Argentina, then local laws may apply.
